Our stay at Four Points was very pleasant. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate shower and bathtub. We appreciated the coffee machine and tea making facilities, as well as the traditional Chinese tea cup and Laoshan tea provided. The hotel also offered great services such as a laundry service with same-day delivery and reasonably priced room service. The location was convenient, with eateries, coffee places, and a supermarket nearby. our experience felt like staying at a 4-star hotel.

The air conditioning was not turned on due to government policy, so the room was quite hot during my stay. However, the staff did their best to alleviate this with fruit and dessert, and a machine to cool the room.

The in-room breakfast and the restaurant had an amazing variety of food options that were delicious and well-cooked. The Bar/Lounge area offered a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the private facilities such as the Sauna and Jacuzzi provided a relaxing and calming experience. Along with this, the service was outstanding, as the staff was always helpful and accommodating.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay at this hotel was that there was a language barrier with some of the staff members. This led to some misunderstandings, but they always tried their best to assist us.

The sauna was a bit small, but it was still enjoyable. Other than that, everything was perfect.
